Corpse & King

Corpse & King is a storytelling game evoking old mythology and fables of moral instruction. It's a game for two players, one of whom plays the King ascending to rule some country, and the other who plays a haunting undead creature that comes to quiz the King about moral conundrums. Every night, the Corpse's player draws three tarot cards and tells a story, then bids the King make a moral judgment on the characters therein. The King then draws a card of their own to guide their answer.

This is the sort of story game you might enjoy if you're interested in and intrigued by fables and stories as vessels of teaching. It's a game about virtue and the old human conundrum of how to rule on difficult and ambiguous situations. 

It is four pages long and requires the cards from the Major Arcana of any Tarot deck of your choice to play.
